We have changed the NavyOnLine graphic. Check out the NavyOnLine Home Page to see it.
As mentioned above, we archived the old What's New, and started anew with this one. Changes include: validation of conformant HTML, change of URL links to utilize http://www.navy.mil/, addition of that charming image at the top, and a style similar to the NCSA What's New page.
