Most information about established IT services is accessible primarily through Penn's established campus-wide information service (cwis) is PennInfo. Of particular relevance are the entries under "Computing and Networking". Most of the information in PennInfo concerns operational services.

In addition to PennInfo, much information is provided through gopher and www servers, which are accessible via www.upenn.edu's home page, which also points to this page. Note that the University of Pennsylvania is highly decentralized, so there are a multitude of gopher and www servers.
