The ESC provides Federal interagency coordination for technical planning, budgeting, reporting, and evaluation of Federal programs in electronics science and technology and supports two-way communication on these programs within the government and with the private sector.
The ESC is Chaired by Dr. Lance Glasser, ARPA.
