AGNET is the computing backbone for the College of Agriculture at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. Comprised of an integrated network of Sun workstations, PCs, and Macintoshes, AGNET allows its users to stay in touch with contacts both at Auburn and throughout the Internet. In addition to academic use, AGNET serves as a central hub for 17 Alabama Agricultural Experiment Stations (AAES) located throughout the state.
