The iphone08.exe file is a self-extracting archive:

1. Download it to a new directory on your hard disk and then run it using a DOS box.

2. From the Windows program manager, select Run from the File menu and run addicons.exe from the new directory. This program will create a new Program Manager group for Internet Phone.
