EDGAR 13D Form Pick for All Mutual Funds
This is a batch process, you must be very patient. We run through all our
entries in the filing mutual fund database, and locate 13D's in the time
frame you specify. We also try to identify the target company's by doing
a lookup on a second database, which matches CIKs to company names.
Things you may want to note:
- Still trying to figure out TARGET vs. FILER. 13/g seems anomalous.
