Richard Alexander is a Consumer Lawyer and was first certified as a Diplomate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1980. A 1969 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, he is Past President of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and is a former Governor of the State Bar of California. The Alexander Law Firm practices a "client-centered" approach to lawyering and endorses the Santa Clara County Bar Association Code of Professionalism. The firm employes a medical model of shared decision making to empower our clients to fully participate in the decisions that affect their case.
