This WWW site is located at American University's Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. It is maintained by Steve Ray. Among the hypertextual documents currently available here are the Human Rights Brief, a description of our International Legal Studies program, conference announcements, and guides to using both our network and our e-mail system. There are also on-line forms you can submit to recieve information from our Admissions and LL.M. offices. Additionally, we have links to other known sites containing legal texts and treatises. We welcome your comments! Feel free to send us feedback using the link at the end of this page.

The most recent incarnation of server software is HTTPD 1.4a. We're currently having problems with our server refusing connections. These should be solved by the arrival of a new server within a week. We apologize for any inconvenience.
