Global Footbag Organizations
- The governing body of the sport of footbag, IFAB publishes the
Rules of Footbag Sports and oversees all
aspects of competitive footbag. IFAB is the central source for footbag
rules.
World Footbag Association
- Over 20,000 members world-wide. Publishers of
Footbag World Magazine.
Clubs in North America
North America no doubt has the largest population of footbag players in
the world, mostly centered in populated areas of the United States and
Canada. The following are some of the clubs we have on record -- more
are being added every week, so check back if you don't see a club in your
area right away. You should also contact the World Footbag Association
to see if there's a club in your area. We will attempt to keep consistent
with their list here.
Canada

Midwest Footbag Association -
A collection of clubs throughout the Midwest, based near Chicago,

The MFA hosts the Midwest Regionals every
year.

The Feat Footbag Club -
One of the oldest footbag clubs, based in Columbia, Missouri, with world-class
footbag athletes who are happy to teach new players. This club also has contact information for players in Kansas, Arkansas, and other areas.

Williamstown Footbaggers of Williamstown, Massachusetts -
A very new footbag club at Williams College.
Northwestern U. S.
Sole Purpose Footbag Club of Portland, Oregon -
one of the premiere footbag clubs in the nation, with top athletes and new
players.

Clubs in Europe
Europe has a growing number of footbag players and organized clubs. While
it is sometimes too expensive for players to travel to the United States for
major tournaments, there really are a lot of players.
There are festivals and events in Europe every year.
We would like to promote the growth of these clubs, and invite any European
readers to contact the clubs listed here. Also, if you are interested in
playing or play regularly but do not see a club listed in your area, please
contact us--we may be able to help you start a club.
Scandinavia
Danish Footbag Association - the oldest and biggest footbag club in Europe with over 100 members.
YIHAA - Yes, the Information theory Hackysack Academic Association, a group of footbag players in the Information Theory department at Linkoping University (Sweden).

Adelaide Footbag Club - a new club in southern Australia,
just starting up and looking for charter members.
