Collaboratory for Research on Electronic Work (CREW)
This resource contains information about the current and former projects
of the Collaboratory for Research on Electronic Work (CREW), a new unit
on campus formed through the combination of several previous units,
including the Cognitive Science and Machine Intelligence Laboratory
(CSMIL). Included are personal home pages of CREW's researchers and students,
links to similar organizations, and information about research performed at
CREW and CSMIL. Research topics include technical support for group
work, collaboratory efforts (collaboration technologies), and how people
use technology to work in groups. Also provided are general site
information and access to CREW and CSMIL publications.
This resource is maintained by Stacey Donahue, a staff member
at CREW, in cooperation with Charles Hymes and Robin
Lampert.
