1. Look at it. It lives in /afs/sipb/project/doc/office_manual.
2. Then Just Do It. Talk to a SIPB member about getting write permission in the directory. Use RCS! Read the RCSREADME file for details.
3. Mail rei@mit.edu and say what you've done/want to do. Rei (Eri) is the semi-official maintainer of the Office Manual, both the LaTeX and HTML versions.

Yes, much of it is NOT in place. This is because of the lameness of SIPB people who should be otherwise writing up or completing pages to put in here. This is a hint.
