From master filmmaker Tim Burton, the acclaimed director and creator of such

and "The Nightmare Before Christmas," comes the story of yet another
extraordinary character -- Edward D. Wood Jr. (JOHNNY DEPP) -- an eccentric actor/writer/
director with only one thing going for him, an optimistic spirit that remains
indomitable, despite his obviously misguided career choices, in Touchstone
Pictures' comedy/drama "Ed Wood."
