CAS provides a number of customer support services which can help you with everything from getting started with online searching on STN to answering specific questions concerning search strategies and database content. If you have a question or need information you should contact;

Customer Training

STN Workshops, Technical Sessions, and User Meetings provide personalized, hands-on training to help customers make the most effective use of their online searching time.

An introduction to online searching in the CA and Registry databases, entitled Using CAS Databases on STN is also available. This tutorial is suitable for independent study. Hardcopy versions of the student manual and instructor materials are available. Please contact CAS Customer Service for details.
