Customer Support
CAS provides a number of customer support services which can help you with
everything from getting started with online searching on STN to answering
specific questions concerning search strategies and database content. If you
have a question or need information you should contact;
Customer Training
STN Workshops, Technical Sessions, and User Meetings provide personalized,
hands-on training to help customers make the most effective use of their online
searching time.
Expert instructors conduct training sessions at regional centers and at

is also available. This tutorial is suitable for independent study. Hardcopy
versions of the student manual and instructor materials are available.
