The company has a total of 1,000 full and part-time employees in its offices in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
Scholastic Corporation went public in February, 1992. It trades on the NASDAQ Market System under the symbol SCHL. Its President, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer is Richard Robinson.
