Support Center Knowledge Base
The Support Center works hard to add the answers to common problems its customers call them with into its Knowledge Base (KB). Feel free to search the KB for about anything related to computing. There is also a listing of the top fifteen KB entries retrieved this month.

Mailing List Archive
A searchable database of over 9000 mailing lists you can subscribe to; they deal with special interests ranging from birding to grunge rock. We update it weekly with direct information from more than 300 sites.
HyperText FAQs and Resource Guides
Some HyperText FAQs (archives of Frequently Asked Questions on a specific topic or area of study), periodic Usenet postings, and basic resource guides, including "An Introduction to Electronic Mail at IU."
World Import Collection
We regularly (at least monthly) anonymously FTP documents from around the net and store them locally. These are documents that we have found useful in our consulting work, and that our users have asked us about.

This is an address lookup service for Indiana University.
Consulting Services
This is a forms front-end to some of our consulting services. Presently available is a simple e-mail form, and a walk-in appointment request form. Note that forms are not available with NCSA Mosaic in the UCS Public Computing Facilities.
