• Added a local CVO page for items of interest to local CVO WEB browsers. Included are Lyn Topinka's " HOW-TO-DO-WHAT-YOU-REALLY-WANT-TO-DO" Pages. Access to the anonymous FTP area on PWAVAN. And a short list of places to look for things on the INTERNET.
• Changed order of what's new page so newest stuff is on top.

• Added forms interface to realtime data page
• Started adding return to home buttons on all the pages

• Added experimental section for dissemination of real-time hydrologic monitoring data at Mount St. Helens. I am still working on it so comments are welcome.
• Updated the earth science servers link on the home page
• Updated volcano server links on the home page
• Added a local CVO page for things of interest to the CVO community.
