While the browsing files are in ASCII (plain text), books are downloaded in Adobe Acrobat 2.0 Portable Document Format (PDF), which delivers an accurate graphic representation of the book, and which permits hyperlink navigation and searching. The files were created using Adobe Distiller 2.0, and can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader 2.0. A version of the Reader is currently available at no extra charge and may be obtained as part of the ordering process. Remember that these files are large and may take some time to download over slow links.
