The Stanford Savoyards

The Stanford Savoyards are a theater company entering our 23rd season of presenting shows on the Stanford University campus. Our primary repertoire is the light operas of Gilbert and Sullivan, though we occasionally produce shows by other authors and composers. We produce two fully staged musicals with orchestra per season, with five show runs starting in mid-November and late April.

We rehearse and perform on the Stanford campus and are affiliated with the Associated Students of Stanford University. Our membership includes students, faculty, staff and alumni of Stanford University as well as any members of the general public who wish to join in our fun. Anybody so inclined is welcome and encouraged to try out for our shows or help in any way they may contribute to our theatrical exploits.
