Stanford University Medical Media and Information Technologies Group
Summit is a research and development center dedicated to the exploration of new applications of computers in medical education and information exchange, and to the construction of a rich, computer-based learning environment for the medical student and practitioner. While Summit is oriented mainly towards the medical fields, we welcome related research in engineering, computer science, literature and the arts.

Our group serves as a resource for medical students and educators who would like to use computers to enhance education. We want to help you get things done: from putting course materials on the web to researching teaching methods to creating original software packages. We can provide technical advice, support, design assistance, and equipment.
We're around 9-5 and generally into the evenings. Drop by M.S.O.B. Suite X329 and let us know what you have in mind. Call Parvati (3-8087) to set up an appointment or demo.
