According to this newly released survey the Internet access marketplace
in the United States has now exceeded one billion dollars in annual revenues.
This report, available for $150 electronically or $200 hard copy, finds that
traditional Internet service provider revenues grew from $120 million in 1994
to over $500 million in 1995, and when the portion of Information Service
Providers revenue attributable to Internet (i.e., America OnLine,
CompuServe, Delphi, and Prodigy) is added, the value of the overall
Internet marketplace now has reached $1.07 billion.
