For your protection, your credit card information will never appear on the Internet. To provide this information, you will be asked to call our automated toll free 800 number and enter your data using a touch-tone telephone. Complete details will be sent to you shortly via Email.

If you are unable to enter your credit card information in this way (for instance, if you are calling from outside the United States and your telephone cannot generate the proper tones), please send a message to humanhelp@fv.com once you receive the confirmation E-mail message containing your 12-digit application number. (DO NOT include your credit card information in your message!) A FIRST VIRTUAL humanhelp operator will contact you to get your credit card information by another means.

Activating your account for selling

Proceeds of your sales will be deposited in your checking account automatically. For your protection, your account information will never appear on the Internet. To provide this information, you will be asked to send a paper check to us in the mail. Complete details will be sent to you shortly via Email.
