LaRC SNS EARS gateway

This is a gateway into the Explicit Archive and Retreival System (EARS) in the Langley Research Center Supercomputing Networking Subsystem. It was originally written by Mike Walker, but is now maintained by ISD. Direct all problems to <webmaster@hercules.larc.nasa.gov> and send all fan mail to Mike.

The primary purpose of this gateway is to provide access to the lcuc and ice hierarchies of shared information (currently restricted to larc and icase hosts.)

The @ice archive

The @ice hierarchy is sponsored by the Integrated Computing Environment (ICE)team at Langley. As a service to LaRC system administrators, ICE is providing preconfigured installation packages for much of the commonly used free software. These packages are meant to be used with the Cicero package installation system. Please refer to the Cicero documentation for more information.
