  3. Select OK.
  4. Select Edit | Find.
  5. Type MAPIPRESENT.
  6. Press Enter.
  7. If found, right click the highlighted entry and choose Modify.
  8. Change the Value Data entry from a 1 to a 0 (zero).
  9. Select OK.
  10. Press F3 and repeat the above steps until Regedit completes its search of the registry.
  11. If MAPIPRESENT is not found in the registry, repeat Step 4.If MAPIPRESENT is not found in the registry, repeat Step 4.
  12. Type MAILDISABLED.
  13. Follow Steps 7 to 10 using this entry.
  14. After changing the entries, restart Schedule+ to confirm resolution.

If this doesn't help, delete ALL MS Office and Schedule+ entries from the registry, restart Windows 95 and reload Microsoft® Office 95 as shown below:

    1. Back up any important information on your drive before you reinstall the software.
    2. In the Control Panel click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
    3. Find and highlight the Microsoft Office entry on the list of programs.
    4. Click the Add/Remove button.
    5. Go to Windows Explorer and find the MSOffice directory.
    6. Right click once on that directory and choose delete from the options listed.
    7. Reinstall the MS Office 95 software.

Once the software is reinstalled, you can restore any information you have saved back into the pertinent directories. Your software should now be working correctly.
