Traditionally Packard Bell computer products come standard with one year warranty covering
labour, parts and on-site service. Packard Bell now offers the option to extend the standard
one-year warranty with a new service option: TopService.
TopService can be purchased from your local retailer and includes:
- Extension of your warranty from one year to three years of course covering all labour, parts, on-site service, and
- One hour of TeleTraining
- TopService is only available for customers who have one-year manufacturers on-site warranty
- TopService is available through your local retailer if purchased within one year of the purchase of your PC
