Hospice is about people caring for people.... Hospice Northeast... was established in 1979 as the first hospice program in Northeast Florida and has served more than 16,000 terminally ill children and adults at home, in long term care facilities, in hospitals and at The Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring in Jacksonville, Florida. The nonprofit organization provides compassionate, dignified care to terminally ill patients residing in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties in Florida; and Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Glynn and Ware counties in Georgia.
