This project is not concentrated upon images of political leaders, parties and movements.
We just would like to give better chance to the democratic way of elections-95 and decrease the possibility of juggling its results. It particularly concerns control over process of elections in the far regions of Russia - a great chance for arbitrary rule there, as the feeling of impunity is too strong.
We remember August 1991, when only Internet penetrated through infomation blockade organized by our politicians of that time. We understand, that concentration and on-line presentation of data about election compaign may prove to be the only way out in conditions of complicated political situation.
