- Added three new course syllabus.

- ATECs and OCPs in North America can now add courses to the locater database. Check your email and/or fax for the URL! If you are an ATEC outside of North America you will be able to add courses soon.
- The specific requirments for all Microsoft Certification Programs are now linked to the respective exams. (thanks go to Kris Mullin)
