Ethnographics Laboratory


The Ethnographics Laboratory is a teaching, research and archival facility for new media at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Southern California . The study of anthropology at USC includes a graduate studies program in Visual Anthropology at the Center for Visual Anthropology (CVA) . The E-LAB was founded by Gary Seaman in 1988 as a part of the CVA to promote the development of interactive media in and for anthropology, ethnography and analysis of behavior.
