To see what remained in the original file after all the sections were removed to separate single-topic files, which includes the list of major and recent changes up through the big split, look at DraftVersions/MaasInfo.TopIndex
MaasInfo.TopIndex.html and the parts of it in separate files are posted as "trivial shareware". If it's worth more than a dollar to you, please do some favor of comparable value in return. See details of my "trivial shareware" policy in MaasInfo.SW

Urgent appeal from the author:
Despite having 21 years experience programming computers, I've been
unemployed, unable to find anybody to pay me to work for them, since
1991.Sep.01, except for 2.5 weeks 1992.Sep and two days in 1993, and
have gotten deep in debt keeping my family of four in an apartment (now
three, thanks to a domestic violence restraining order against my
wife), but if credit runs out we'll have no way to pay the rent, and
we'll lose the apartment and be forced to live in the streets, which
would be a terrible hardship on my two little children (born
1990.Mar.12 and 1991.Dec.27). If you can, please help me find some
employment or some other source of income before it's too late.
