PING e.V., an association to promote private Internet usage

PING is an organization provides electronic mail, usenet news and online services to individuals. Our dialin nodes are currently only located in Dortmund.

It is PING's aim to aid scientific and technological research and encourage cultural exchange through the individual use of the Internet for international communication.

Additionally, PING seeks to educate its members in these areas. PING will offer courses and lectures together with its own publications. These will be accessible to non-members also.

The entire world of the Internet is open to you...

... for just 20,- DM per month.

The membership is only 12,- DM a month so you can send and receive e-mail and usenet news internetwide. Of course you obtain a globally known sitename for your machine in the ping.de domain. Spend 8,- DM more per month and all the internet online services will be available directly from your machine.

Any private individual can obtain membership with PING.

How do I become a member?

Simply print and fill out our membership application ( only available in german so far) and mail it to PING e.V.
